In short:

News from IoT Inspector

With IoT Inspector, you can easily evaluate the current security status of IoT firmware. Thanks to our new Monitoring feature you can now automatically check firmware daily (!) for latest security threats, and receive notifications whenever we detect new vulnerabilities or compliance violations. Monitoring is available via the IoT Inspector dashboard.

Furthermore, we are in the final stages of releasing our new IoT Inspector API. You will soon be able to seamlessly integrate IoT Inspector into your software development and risk management processes. Stay tuned

Vienna Calling â€“ Launching the IoT Inspector Partner Challenge

To make distributing IoT Inspector even more attractive for our partners, we came up with a real treat: The IoT Inspector Partner Challenge. The most ambitious partners can look forward to a beautiful weekend in Vienna â€“ including a ride in the city’s legendary ferries wheel, and many other surprises. We also packed a bunch of delicious wine- and goodie-bags for those scoring second and third.

On a similar note, we updated the terms and conditions of our Partner Programs (Authorized, Research or Gold Partners), to make them more clear and transparent.

Our account managers will reach out shortly to existing partners with all the details and conditions. Not a partner yet? Get in touch or sign up for a free demo right away!

New on the Blog

Did you know that the technology behind IoT Inspector was first developed as early as 2015? Ever since, we have analyzed tens of thousands of firmware images for vulnerabilities and compliance violations, and have identified countless misconfigurations, security issues and zero-days. Find an overview of our most spectacular findings on the blog!

However, our work is far from done, and we continue to constantly look for new security vulnerabilities. Just before last Christmas, we therefore took a closer look on several gadgets that were likely to find their way underneath the Christmas tree â€“ from smart speakers to toys for kids. Guess what! We found security threats in all of them – more than 7,000 in total! Head to our blog for the full story.

Let’s meet
